Project team & experts

The Twinning-Space project "Boosting Ukrainian Space Cooperation with the European Union" is managed by Project Leaders, respectively from the French Space Agency CNES (Mr Pierre Frisch, then Mr Jean-Claude Courteille), the German Ministry of Economics BMWi (Dr Wolf Günther) and the National Space Agency of Ukraine (Mr Eduard Kuznietsov). The German experts are coordinated by the German Aerospace Center DLR (Mr Rainer Scharenberg).

The project is implemented locally by the Resident Twinning Adviser RTA (Mr André Moussine-Pouchkine) and her assistant (Mrs Inna Martin) and their Ukrainian counterparts (Mr Alexander Melashenko and Mrs Irina Stubaïlo).

The financial support is supplied by the French Ministry of Finances through its organization ADETEF (Mrs Marine Gouedard) and by the German GTZ (Mrs Daniela Bergelt, then Mrs Andrea Donath)

An impressive team of 42 experts, active or recently retired from the French and German Space Agencies and from other German or French institutions, organisations and companies, supply the technical and the administrative expertise.

The project is monitored by the European Commission delegation in Ukraine (Mr Michal Gorzynski), by the Ukrainian Central Public Administration Office PAO (Mrs Nataliya Kyrychenko) and by the Implementation of Twinning Operations project ITO (Mr Oleksandr Sylakin)
