A two week intership on Human Resources took place in Paris on December 7-18th, 2009

A two-week internship on Human Resources took place from December 7^th to 18^th, 2009 in Paris at various French Ministries and at several governmental and private companies and organisations (Space institutions and banks). This internship was attended by two specialists from NSAU, Mrs Maryna Marakulina, head of Human Resources sector and Maryna Gerasymchuk, leading specialist in the department of Research. A translator was put at their disposal for optimum understanding and easier communication.

This internship allowed high level contacts with ESA, CNES and Banques Populaires on one side, and with the various directorates of the French Ministry of Economy and Finance (DGAFP and DPAEP) and Ministry of the Budget and ADETEF (responsible for the internship). A good understanding of the best practices used in the French Administration was made possible through various discussions, trainings and seminars and Mrs Marakulina was able to compare them with what is currently done in Ukraine.

The opportunity to participate to a meeting organized by “Les réalités du Dialogue Social” at the occasion of the launch of a new book “La France au travail” with the various actors of the French social world (Unions, employers, employees and workers) was also given to the two trainees.
